During May 1999 the Company took over the management of the group’s owned vessels. The Company is divided into several departments: the Crewing, the Operations, the Technical/Purchasing, the Chartering, the Safety, and the Accounting department. Lemissoler Shipmanagement is full member of the International Shipmanagers Association, InterManager and is ISM and ISO 9001:2000 certified by the Germanischer Lloyd
